Wireless Headset Software Update Instructions

1.  Download V2_headset.zip from THIS LINK.
 
2. Extract the V2_headset.zip and copy over the QA080 folder with its contents to the root of a blank USB Type-A flash/thumb drive.

 
3. Connect the flash drive to the USB Type-A input for V2, usually located in the storage compartment of your bike.

 
4. Turn-on the bike to accessory power.
 
5. After V2 completes its start-up sequence, V2 should display the main menu. If not, tap the Home icon in the top left corner, or Back arrow in the top right corner until the Main Menu is displayed.
 
6. Tap the APPs Menu icon, center on the app shortcut bar.

 
7. Tap the Headset app icon to open the Headset Settings. The Headset app icon is in the lower right corner of the Apps Menu, to the right of SiriusXM and below Motorcycle Info.

 
8. Tap Headset List to view a list of paired devices.

 
9. Press the Trash Can icon adjacent to any devices listed to delete the pairing. Then, tap the back arrow in the top right corner to return to the Headset Settings.

 
10. Press and hold on Headset Lists for about 3 seconds until the headset app software version information appears.

 
11. Swipe up to find the Update option; tap on Update.

 
12. An Update pop-up will appear showing the progress as it proceeds. The progress counter may pause during the update, no need to panic.

The progress counter may pause for up to 3 minutes when it reaches 99%. If the progress counter remains on 99% for longer than 3 minutes, turn the bike off for 30 seconds, then repeat steps 4-10.
 
13. When the update successfully completes, a pop-up will appear confirming the update was complete and to restart the V2. Turn off the bike for 30 seconds.

 
14. Repeat steps 4-8. Confirm the software version is now DaJun_DL-25.03.03-13.

 
15. Activate pairing mode of your wireless headset.
 
16. Tap Headsets List to open pairing mode of V2 Headsets app.

 
17. Tap the Spyglass icon to activate searching for devices to pair.

 
18. When your device appears in the background list, press cancel, then tap on the device name to complete paring.
